The summer getaway collection was captioned: "Girls trip," with a palm tree emoji.
As well as friends, the post featured musician and girlfriend Jess and former Arsenal and England team-mate Leah Williamson.
The pictures showed Alex in some shades next to Jess on a sunbed before they headed to a party at Ushuaia Beach Club.
Alex managed to grab some snaps with friend Leah at the club and during a meal with the girls.
But Scott also had time for some of her own snaps, with one seeing her striking a pose while overlooking the ocean.
The post ended with a cute snap of Alex and Jess hugging.
With more than two million followers, fans were loving the snaps.
Taking to the comments, one said: "Alex in her joyful era. Love to see it."

Alex and Leah were also seen on holiday at the venue last year when they were also joined by Keira Walsh.
