Leotta took the pics in her native island of Sicily
The sheer dress left little to the imagination, especially in regards to its backless design, which extended right round to the sides of her chest and midriff.
The 34-year-old uploaded the pics, taken in her native Sicily, to her 9.2 million Instagram followers.
The risque outfit and poses drove her fans wild in the comments.
One Instagram user referred to her in the images as: "A beautiful goddess."
Another doubled down, saying: "The Goddess is back!"
A third user jokingly asked: "Can I put more than one like?"
The images have garnered plenty of attention with just the single like per person so far, with the post currently nearing 250,000 likes.
Leotta is best known for presenting Serie A football for DAZN Italy.
