Haine Allemagne, los creadores del spay que utilizan los árbitros para marcar
la distancia de las barreras, piden entre uno y cuatro años de cárcel para los
dirigentes de la FIFA, entre ellos, su presidente Gianni Infantino, por la
utilización del aerosol sin consentimiento y la violación de patentes del
invento. La demanda de Silva y Allemagne fue puesta en un juzgado de Brasil
hace cuatro años y en los próximos días saldrá el fallo.

convencido de que la justicia fallara a su favor. Él y su socio contrataron al
abogado Cristiano Zanin Martins, que logró la excarcelación del expresidente
brasileño Lula da Silva, y reclaman más de 40 millones de dólares al máximo
organismo del fútbol mundial. "Estamos a la espera del primer fallo de
fondo de primera instancia. Vamos a exigir que Gianni Infantino y todos los que
correspondan vayan presos, además del embargo de bienes y cuentas", ha
asegurado Silva a AS.
Silva y Allemagne
aseguran que tenían un acuerdo con los exdirigentes de FIFA Julio Grondona y
Joseph Blatter para la utilización del aerosol a cambio de 40 millones de
dólares, pero que tras el escándalo del FIFA Gate y la muerte del mandatario
argentino se perdió toda comunicación con el organismo, que usó el spray sin
cumplir el acuerdo. Tras un primer litigio, un juez brasileño prohibió el uso
del aerosol pero FIFA lo usó igualmente bajo el nombre de otra marca.
"Fuimos pacientes pero cuando vimos que el spray se usó en Rusia 2018,
cuando la cautelar lo prohibía, estallamos", insiste Silva, que además ha
confirmado a AS que pretende llevar el caso a los tribunales de Estados Unidos.
Según el fallo de
la cautelar, por cada partido que el aerosol se ha utilizado desde 2017
corresponde una multa de 15.000 dólares para sus creadores, por lo que en estos
momentos, a Silva y Allemagne les correspondería una indemnización de más de
100 mllones.
