decidido la Federación mexicana de fútbol. Además, se ha acordado dar por
terminada la temporada 2019-2020 de Ascenso MX.
La Federación
Mexicana de Fútbol ha anunciado que suspenderá los ascensos y descensos de
categorías en las ligas del país durante las próximas temporadas para impedir
la "desaparición" de algunos clubes, además de confirmar que se ha
dado por terminado el curso en el Ascenso MX.
Así, lo ha
determinado tras la reunión del Comité Ejecutivo y la Asamblea Extraordinaria
de la federación. "Después de analizar la situación que actualmente vive
el Ascenso MX y con la finalidad de garantizar su no desaparición y, por lo
tanto, la continuidad de los clubes que conforman dicha división, los
representantes de la Liga MX, Ascenso MX, Liga Premier, Liga TDP y Sector
Amateur, de manera unánime votaron en favor del rescate de la División de
Ascenso MX", señaló el comunicado.
Además, se ha
acordado dar por terminada la temporada 2019-2020 de Ascenso MX, así como
"suspender temporalmente" el ascenso y descenso durante las próximas
seis temporadas y eliminar la Regla de Menores de la Liga MX a partir de la
temporada 2020-2021.
También aclaró
que podrán participar en Ascenso MX los 12 clubes que decidan hacerlo y que
actualmente integran dicha división, así como los Clubes de la Liga MX que
actualmente no están en el Ascenso MX y voluntariamente decidan participar, más
tres clubes invitados de la liga Premier.
Se destinarán 60
millones de pesos "distribuidos en partes iguales" a los 12 clubes de
Ascenso MX para que "puedan dar cumplimiento a sus obligaciones
actuales", y 240 millones de pesos anuales por las siguientes seis
temporadas -20 millones por club- para "apoyar el crecimiento" de los
clubes que actualmente se encuentran en el Ascenso MX y que continúen
participando en la nueva división.
