Podrá haber
entrenamientos a partir del 4 de mayo
Un examen
serológico para tener certeza total de que los jugadores no estén contagiados
por el coronavirus y unas concentraciones blindadas en centros
deportivos desinfectados forman parte del plan preparado por la Federación
de Fútbol Italiana (FIGC) para el regreso de la Serie A.
La Comisión médica
de la FIGC, integrada por médicos y virólogos de elite, se reunió esta semana
para razonar sobre los pasos a seguir y regresar poco a poco a la
normalidad, cuando se cumplen 40 días desde el último partido de la Serie
A disputado.
El Gobierno
italiano ordenó el confinamiento hasta el 3 de mayo y, de acuerdo con el
último decreto de la presidencia del Consejo de Ministros, los atletas podrán
volver a entrenarse en los centros deportivos a partir del día 4.
Si el voleibol,
el rugby o el baloncesto italiano ya renunciaron definitivamente a la temporada
2019-2020, el fútbol, que enfrenta pérdidas que pueden tocar los mil millones
de euros, está decidido a tomar medidas extremas con tal de reanudar la
competición y evitar pérdidas millonarias.
Entre ellas, el
presidente de la FIGC, Gabriele Gravina, también baraja la hipótesis extrema de
competir únicamente en el centro y en el sur del país, sin organizar partidos
en las regiones norteñas, las más afectadas por el coronavirus.
Los doctores y
virólogos que analizaron la situación médica del país aconsejaron reanudar el
fútbol siguiendo tres fases: primero la Serie A, que cuenta con recursos
económicos superiores y puede respetar más fácilmente los requisitos
sanitarios, y luego la Serie B (Segunda categoría) y la Serie C (Tercera
categoría).
El plan prevé
convocar a todas las plantillas unas 72 o 96 horas antes para someter a
jugadores, técnicos, directivos, responsables de prensa y colaboradores a un
examen serológico que confirme con total seguridad su negativo.
En cuanto haya
esta certeza, los clubes deberán organizar una concentración blindada en sus
centros deportivos, procurando evitar todo tipo de contacto con personas
externas.
Los clubes que
cuenten con unas residencias en sus ciudades deportivas hospedarán allí a los
futbolistas mientras que los demás deberán alojarse en hoteles que también
hayan sido completamente desinfectados.
Si los
entrenamientos comienzan el día 4, como se espera en este momento, se estima
que serán necesarias unas tres semanas antes de que los futbolistas recuperen
la preparación física necesaria para volver a competir en la Serie A.
Eso sí, este
planes conlleva algunas complicaciones a tener en cuenta para su real
desarrollo.
Ante la crisis
sanitaria que afectó a Italia y al resto del mundo, muchos jugadores
extranjeros de los clubes de la Serie A consiguieron el visto bueno de sus
equipos para regresar a sus respectivos países.
El argentino
Gonzalo Higuaín, los brasileños Alex Sandro y Douglas Costa, el bosnio Miralem
Pjanic o el alemán Sami Khedira, jugadores del Juventus Turín, el uruguayo
Diego Godín, el esloveno Samir Handanovic o el danés Christian Eriksen, del
Inter de Milán, son algunos de los futbolistas que ya no están en Italia.
Las normas
italianas prevén que quienes regresen a Italia procedentes del extranjero en
este período cumplan con catorce días de aislamiento en sus casas, para
comprobar que no estén contagiados.
Así, para
que los jugadores que dejaron Italia estén disponibles para empezar los
entrenamientos el 4 de mayo, deberán regresar al país transalpino antes del 20
de abril.
