Al igual que
otros clubs franceses como el Lyon, reducirá al 84% el sueldo de su plantilla
debido a la crisis por el coronavirus.
El Marsella, como
otros clubs franceses, también ha presentado hoy un expediente de regulación de
empleo parcial a sus empleados, incluidos los futbolistas de su plantilla
profesional. Lyon, Amiens, Montpellier y Nimes ya habían adoptado esta medida
tras suspenderse la competición y los entrenamientos debido a la pandemia del
coronavirus.
A los jugadores
del Marsella, cuyo director deportivo es Andoni Zubizarreta, se les detalló hoy
la información de forma telemática a través de la red social corporativa
Workplace. De conformidad con la ley, pasarán a recibir el 84% de su salario
neto hasta que la situación se normalice.
Por su parte, los
integrantes de la plantilla dirigida por André Villas-Boas tienen un programa
de entrenamiento personalizado para mantener un cierto nivel atlético durante
el confinamiento en sus domicilios. El resto de empleados ejercen sus funciones
a través del teletrabajo.
Solo los miembros
del comité ejecutivo del Marsella, propiedad del estadounidense Frank McCourt,
no se encuentran bajo un expediente de regulación de empleo parcial, pero todos
han reducido sus salarios en un 16% para alinearse con el resto de empleados
del club.
