El coronavirus
llega al fútbol definitivamente. Este miércoles a última hora se confirmó el
positivo del jugador de la Juventus Daniele Rugani y las reacciones no se
hicieron esperar. Una de ellas fue la del Inter de Milán, rival al que se
enfrentó la ‘Vecchia Signora’ el pasado fin de semana, que anunció que se pone
en cuarentena.
“En
relación al anuncio de la Juventus en cuanto a que su jugador Daniele Rugani
dio positivo por coronavirus, el Inter de Milán anuncia que suspende toda su
actividad hasta nueva orden. El club está tomando las medidas necesarias”, rezó
el escueto comunicado del Inter.
Se da la
circunstancia de que aunque vio todo el partido desde el banquillo, Rugani
estuvo presente en el Juventus-Inter que se disputó a puerta cerrada en el
Juventus Stadium el pasado domingo, con triunfo para los locales por 2-0.

El propio Inter
de Milán, que este jueves tenía que disputar partido de Europa League ante el
Getafe, ya sabía de antemano que no se jugaría el mismo después de que el
conjunto azulón confirmase que no viajaba.
El hecho de que
se haya confirmado el positivo de Rugani promete propiciar nuevas decisiones en
lo que a medidas de prevención para luchar contra la propagación del
coronavirus se refiere en el fútbol.
