La jueza Clara
Ruiz Díaz informó este sábado que Ronaldinho y su hermano Roberto quedarán en
prisión preventiva , con un máximo de seis meses de reclusión, por haber
ingresado a Paraguay con presuntos pasaportes falsos.
El crack
brasileño llegó al país sudamericano para acudir a unos eventos solidarios de
la fundación “Fraternidad angelical”. Ya pasó una noche en la cárcel de
Asunción por el supuesto ilícito. “Estamos ante un hecho punible grave porque
atentó contra los intereses de la República de Paraguay” , sostuvo la jueza
Clara Ruiz ante los medios.
La propia jueza
dio más detalles: “Hay peligro de fuga, no tiene arraigos en el país, entró de
forma ilegal y está permaneciendo de forma ilegal. Por eso, el juzgado
consideró que siga en prisión”.
Ante los
distintos medios, el ex-Barcelona cubrió sus manos con una manta para que no se
vean las esposas.
Su abogado le
defiende: "No sabía que cometía un delito, es tonto"
El abogado de
Ronaldinho y de su hermano, Adolfo Marín, defendió a los detenidos afirmando
que " la Justicia no ha entendido que Ronaldinho no sabía que estaba
cometiendo un delito porque no entendió que le dieron unos documentos falsos,
él es tonto".
Añadió que "
fue un regalo al que los dos hermanos no dieron mayor importancia ".
