informó de la suspensión del partido tras propagarse el virus por el Grand Est.
El partido que se
debía disputar entre el Estrasburgo y Paris Saint Germain este sábado a las
17.30 ha quedado suspendido por culpa del coronavirus.
Así lo hizo
oficial la propia Ligue 1, como también ambos conjuntos, en un comunicado que
decía lo siguiente. “Tras un decreto de la prefectura de la región de Grand Est
y Bas-Rhin sobre la propagación del COVID-19, el partido entre el Racing Club
Estrasburgo y el Paris Saint Germain, inicialmente programado para este sábado
7 de marzo de 2020 a las 17.30, queda pospuesto”.
Una noticia que
no sorprende, dado que no es el primer duelo que se tiene que suspender en el
fútbol europeo. De hecho, la federación de Suiza suspendió toda la liga,
mientras que en Italia se pospuso la jornada entera para este domingo, después
de que la pasada jornada no se disputaran ya unos cuantos.
Una noticia que
tampoco viene mal al Paris Saint Germain, que la próxima semana se juega el
pase a los cuartos de final de la Champions League frente al Borussia Dortmund
y debe recuperar a jugadores que están entre bambalinas. Uno de ellos Neymar,
que ya era duda para el duelo de Estrasburgo, como Thiago Silva, dos pilares
para el equipo.
