Malcom Filipe Silva de Oliveira, que militó la pasada temporada en el Barça,
volvió hoy a jugar con el Zenit San Petersburgo tras más de seis meses en el
dique seco debido a una lesión muscular.
Malcom, por el
que el Zenit pagó al club azulgrana 40 millones de euros, más 5 millones en
variables, salió de inicio en el partido entre Zenit y Lokomotiv de Moscú que
se está disputando.
El zurdo
brasileño de 23 años viajó a mediados de enero con el resto de la plantilla a
Qatar para realizar la pretemporada, lo que ya hacía pensar que se había
recuperado por fin de su lesión.

Poco antes de que
arrancara en diciembre el receso invernal, el técnico del Zenit, Serguéi Semak
ya avisó de que el brasileño volvería a los terrenos de juego en 2020 después
de que una lesión de cadera solo le haya permitido disputar 64 minutos con el
Zenit desde agosto pasado.
Malcom no había
disputado ni un solo minuto desde que se lesionara en un partido de la quinta
jornada del campeonato ruso ante el Dinamo Moscú. Era apenas el segundo que
disputaba desde que fichó por el Barça.

El extremo había
disputado la pasada temporada 24 partidos con la camiseta del Barça en los que
marcó cuatro goles, aunque la llegada del francés Antoine Griezmann al Camp Nou
complicó su continuidad.
El Zenit es líder
de la liga rusa con diez puntos de ventaja sobre el segundo, el CSKA Moscú,
pero notó mucho la falta de Malcom en la Liga de Campeones.
Los rusos cayeron
derrotados en la última jornada en casa del Benfica (3-0) cuando les valía un
empate para clasificarse para los octavos de final de la Champions.
