prepara para otro año recargado, en el que tiene la Superliga muy cerca y el
desafío de la Libertadores. ¿Qué le falta al plantel?
Pasaron las
elecciones. Pasó Daniel Angelici. Pasó Gustavo Alfaro . Pasó Nicolás Burdisso.
Juan Román Riquelme llegó a Boca para hacerse cargo del fútbol y tiene más que
una misión complicada por delante: un club que espera que su viejo capitán
pueda renovarle el destino a un barco que bajo la última gestión navegó por
diferentes mareas y que nunca encontró su norte.
El ídolo recibirá
al Xeneize en la segunda posición de la Superliga y en un grupo de la Copa
Libertadores que parece accesible. Así, los primeros objetivos del semestre se
aclaran y parecen estar a la alcance de la mano, pero tras el regreso de Miguel
Ángel Russo a la dirección técnica, es momento de definiciones para algunos
jugadores que estuvieron lejos de lo esperado y de otros cuyo futuro parece más
bien incierto.
Desde el pasado
enero con la llegada de Alfaro al banco de suplentes que la prioridad en el
mercado de pases es la de conseguir un centrodelantero que esté a la altura
para reemplazar a Darío Benedetto. Wanchope Ábila tuvo su oportunidad pero
convence más como un buen suplente más que como un titular indiscutido, Jan Hurtado
no pasa de apuesta y Franco Soldano sigue siendo una incógnita. El plantel
necesita jerarquía en esa zona y la necesita ya. Y por eso, volver a apostar
por un joven que promete, aunque tentador, podría ser erróneo.
En el mediocampo,
el problema pareciera ser más a futuro: el préstamo de Alexis Mac Allister se
termina en junio, Emanuel Reynoso podría irse junto con Sebastián Villa
-delantero que habita la zona media- y la continuidad de Carlos Tevez, ¿el
enganche?, todavía está en veremos . Con Iván Marcone y Nicolás Capaldo como
buenas armas para recuperar y armar desde el fondo, lo que se impone, entonces,
es un armador de juego que aporte verticalidad para los metros finales.
Por último, los
laterales: ninguno de los dos pares de defensores que ocupan las bandas
pudieron convencer al ya exentrenador. Recuperar a Frank Fabra y profundizar la
presencia de Marcelo Weigandt son dos opciones factibles, pero son puestos que
piden renovación. ¿Será Nahuel Molina Lucero, otro chico de inferiores, el
elegido?
Posiciones a
reforzar pueden ser varias, también dependiendo de lo que quiera Russoy, sobre
todo, su idea de juego, que es diferente a la de Alfaro. Pero si la dirigencia
quisiera fijar prioridades, podría empezar por aquí.
