Liverpool es el
campeón del Mundial de Clubes . El conjunto inglés coronó uno de los mejores
años de su historia al vencer por 1-0 , en tiempo extra, a Flamengo para
quedarse así con su primer título mundial.
El equipo
brasileño aguantó hasta donde pudo . El Mengao, que llegaba tras la obtención

todo pero que no le alcanzó. Triunfo histórico para un Liverpool que se quedó
con su primera corona y se tomó revancha de la final Intercontinental de 1981.
