Neymar dijo este sábado que desea "toda la suerte y lo mejor" al portugués Cristiano Ronaldo tras abandonar el Real Madrid e iniciar una nueva etapa en el Juventus de Turín.
"Yo le deseo toda la suerte y lo mejor en esa nueva etapa", declaró el futbolista brasileño después de participar en un torneo internacional de fútbol de barrio organizado por el propio Neymar en Praia Grande, en el litoral de Sao Paulo.
El atacante reiteró también que "se queda al cien por cien" en el París Saint-Germain, como ya adelantó el jueves, y afirmó que ya está "acostumbrado" a las críticas que recibe, tanto por parte de la prensa como de la hinchada.
"Yo me acostumbré. Ya sé qué dicen de mí, ya sé qué tengo que hacer sobre eso. Pero aquellos que llegan un poco más cerca de mí saben de las dificultades que implica ser Neymar", destacó.
También habló de Vinicius, presentado ya en el Madrid, y de Rodrygo, fichado por los blancos pero que se incorporará en 2019: "Hablé con los dos y estoy muy contento y feliz por ellos. Espero que tengan muchos éxitos y marquen muchos goles. Menos contra el París".
El futbolista participó en el segundo día del torneo internacional que se disputó entre el viernes y este sábado en la sede del instituto con fines sociales que fundó en Praia Grande para ayudar a menores en riesgo de exclusión social.
Por primera vez, la competición impulsada por el Instituto Neymar incluyó una categoría exclusivamente femenina y de la que las brasileñas se consagraron campeonas.
"Que estas chicas sean ejemplo para todas las otras. Que el fútbol sea más abierto, no solo el masculino, sino también el femenino, que sea más apoyado, más visto", declaró Neymar después de jugar un partido con las campeonas.
Parte del ritual del cierre del Neymar Jr's Five, como se denomina el certamen, es el partido final entre los campeones y el equipo conformado por el anfitrión y sus invitados.
Acompañado de las jugadoras profesionales Andressa Alves, del Barcelona; Erika Cristiano, del PSG; y Alline Calan, del Corinthians, Neymar se enfrentó a las chicas de Brasil y fue derrotado por 1-2.
Por su parte, ante el campeón masculino, México, el conjunto de Neymar ganó por 5-2 y el delantero fue ovacionado por la joven hinchada que le acompañaba desde el graderío.
Dani Alves, compañero de club y amigo cercano de Neymar, también prestigió los partidos del atacante y llegó a entrar en el terreno de juego, aunque finalmente se quedó observando desde la grada.
Al final de la jornada, Neymar aseguró que pasó "un día lindo" y que estaba "de verdad muy contento" antes de presentarse al PSG para la nueva temporada.
