Es sólo noviembre pero la mala temporada del Arsenal está empezando a pasar factura en el norte de Londres. Los gunners están a 19 puntos de la cabeza, a ocho de la zona Champions y no conocen la victoria en los últimos cinco partidos en la Premier League. Esta situación tiene a Unai Emery en el punto de mira. Los resultados no acompañan, las críticas llueven, los aficionados no confían y ya ni sus estrellas creen en sus métodos y se plantean nuevos destinos.
Este diario asegura que Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang y Alexander Lacazette ya han avisado en el club: si Emery continúa, forzarán su salida. Daily Mail afirma que ya están en contacto con otros clubes aunque la posibilidad de firmar está aún lejana.
Otro de los motivos además de Emery es que no ven al equipo capaz de clasificarse para la Liga de Campeones, competición que si disputaban en sus anteriores equipos (Borussia Dortmund y O.Lyon) y que no han jugado con el Arsenal desde que llegaron al Emirates. Sobre Unai Emery está todo en entredicho. En este diario aseguran que en el club no han gustado nada sus cambios a la hora de estudiar los rivales entre la campaña pasada y esta. Unai Emery decidió prescindir de los ojeadores en para estudiar a los próximos rivales en directo para hacerlo a través de vídeos y recoger sus propias sensaciones frente a informes realizados por otros.
Así, en el club londinense consideran que el entrenador gasta muchas horas con vídeos de los rivales que podría invertir en analizar las debilidades de su equipo.
