colchonero compareció ante los medios en la previa del encuentro de Liga de
Campeones frente a la Juventus de la quinta jornada.
El Atlético de
Madrid llegó a Turín, la ciudad donde solo hace unos meses vio terminar sus
sueños de disputar la final de la Champions League en casa tras una de las

Diego Simeone descarta centrar suis esfuerzos en contener al delantero
portugués, y en su comparecencia ante la prensa recordó que el rival es la
Juventus, no un solo jugador.
"Eso es cosa
vuestra, es un campeón y no podemos decir nada, Es el número 1, extraordinario
y que siempre hace la diferencia. No creo que se hable de Ronaldo contra el

Cuestionado sobre

final de 2018-19, respondió: "Se aprende de la temporada entera, no solo
de un partido. Enfocarnos en aquel partido no nos sirve de nada para el partido
de mañana".
"Hablar en
noviembre o diciembre es temprano. veremos en abril o mayo lo que ha pasado.
Ahora tras tres meses es temprano. pero la Juve tiene muchos campeones que
encajarán en el estilo de Sarri porque tienen buen pie. Será protagonista, como
siempre han sido", añadió cuando se le preguntó si su rival de este martes
es favorito al título.

"Hace
poquito que está con nosotros, se lesionó hace un mes y no pudimos contar con
él. Lo necesitamos porque es diferente, con unas características que no tenemos
en el plantel. Con su humildad, trabajo y ganas de mejorar como el primer día
seguirá creciendo porque tiene talento y mucho”.

"En el
fútbol todo lo que sea generar ocasiones y ser creativo si no hay contundencia
en las áreas se queda en la puerta del área. El área es decisivo y ahí tenemos
que crecer.
"Tenemos una
forma de trabajar que pensamos en el partido de mañana y luego hay un montón de
resultados que pueden generar satisfacción o no. Luego miraremos al partido que
queda. El rival es fuerte, una plantilla poderosa y un entrenador con un estilo
muy marcado que va trasladando a la Juventus”.
"Me ocupa
seguir la linea del partido de Granada, ojalá podamos mantener la fortaleza de
jugar en equipo, así podemos competir”.
"Hablar de
nuestro equipo no me gusta, trabajamos para que los resultados fortalezcan al
club y los futbolistas. Luego hacer cinco pases bien o 30....de eso nadie se
acuerda, lo importante es ganar".
