un tridente que ilusiona. ¿Lo aprovechará?
El nombre de
Sergio Agüero está emparentado directamente con la camada de la Selección
argentina que se empieza a despedir, incluso con varios de sus compañeros
históricos ya afuera de los planes de Lionel Scaloni. Y todo indicaba que el
Kun integraría esa lista de futbolistas tan relacionados con las tres finales
perdidas y el fracaso en Rusia, pero su talento le permitió llegar a una chance
más, en la antesala de las Eliminatorias.
Desde que el
actual DT está en su cargo, solamente en una ocasión había marcado el número de
teléfono del delantero icónico de Manchester City. Y lo hizo nada menos que
para la Copa América, después de prescindir de sus servicios en cada uno de los
amistosos de los nueve meses previos, ya que optó por evaluar alternativas que
fueron desde Lautaro Martínez hasta Giovanni Simeone, pasando por Mauro Icardi
y Darío Benedetto.

logra subirse y en marzo vuelve a vestir la Albiceleste, o si finalmente
concluye un ciclo que quedará en la historia por lo que fue, pero mucho más por
lo que pudo ser, una constante de la última era argentina.
