Marcello Lippi, entrenador de la Juventus de 1994 a 1999 y de 2001 a 2004, negó este lunes que el posible fichaje de Cristiano Ronaldo por los turineses pueda romper el equilibrio del vestuario 'bianconero'.
En una entrevista con Radio Rai, Lippi se refirió al hecho de que según los medios internacionales Ronaldo ganaría en la Juventus 30 millones de euros netos por año, cuatro veces más que el actual mejor pagado del club turinés, Gonzalo Higuaín.
"En la Juventus hay jugadores inteligentes, y esta es una de las razones por las que ganan a menudo. Las personas inteligentes saben muy bien que un campeón como Ronaldo no puede tener el sueldo de un jugador normal. Lo tiene inevitablemente distinto", consideró Lippi. "En estas negociaciones participan patrocinadores, varias empresas. El aspecto económico es el último de los problemas, para hablar de una paradoja", agregó.
Lippi, que en la Juventus conquistó cinco títulos ligueros y la Liga de Campeones de 1996, cree que Ronaldo daría una gran aportación no solo a los turineses sino también a todo el movimiento futbolístico italiano.
"Técnicamente este es un jugador fenomenal, un profesional excepcional. Tiene 33 años, jugará todavía 3 o 4 años, es un jugador que marca más goles que los partidos que juega. Anota 50 o 60 cada año. Hay que estar contentos, dejemos el aspecto económico", afirmó. "Pensemos en el aspecto técnico y tratemos de estar contentos, porque después de muchos años llegará a Italia un gran jugador", prosiguió.
El italiano, actual seleccionador de China, subrayó además los brillantes registros goleadores que Ronaldo ha logrado mantener tras cambiar su posición en el campo, al dejar la banda para acercarse más al área de penalti.
