El ex entrenador de La Roja sigue con su cruzada contra el organismo rector del balompié criollo, acusando daños morales.
El 19 de enero de 2016 Jorge Sampaoli puso fin a su contrato como DT de la Selección chilena. Situación que dejó un vacío en el entonces vigente campeón de América. Una salida que se dio entre frases como que se sentía un "rehén", entre otras tantas.
Algo que está lejos de terminar, al menos así se ve en el papel, ya que el casildense estampó una demanda contra la Asociación Nacional de Fútbol Profesional (ANFP), alegando perjuicios morales en su contra.
Ante esto, el argentino pide 3 mil millones de pesos, según publica el diario La Tercera. "El documento fue ingresado el 15 de mayo de 2019 en el 1° Juzgado Civil de Santiago. Según establece el escrito, al que tuvo acceso La Tercera, la oficina de partes de Quilín recibió la medida prejudicial preparatoria el 22 del mismo mes, presentada por el abogado José Alfonso Jasmen. El recurso va dirigido a Sebastián Moreno, en su rol de presidente de la ANFP", cita el medio.
Una demanda interpuesta por Sampaoli y su staff técnico, donde figura Sebastián Beccacece.
Además, señalan al apartado de los impuestos no pagados. “Esta parte del acuerdo no fue cumplida cabalmente por la ANFP, pues solo pagó parte de los impuestos girados, no reembolsando hasta la fecha la mayor parte de esos impuestos, pagados directamente por los señores Sampaoli, Becaccece y Desio, y que la ANFP debía reembolsarles”.
Y el punto de mayor polémica se da por la afectación de la honra de los involucrados, al relacionarlos con el ex timonel de la ANFP, Sergio Jadue.
“La presentación inoportuna e infundada de una querella en la que se vinculó al cuerpo técnico con el, a esa fecha, huido, desprestigiado e impopular Sergio Jadue Jadue, generó repercusión nacional, afectando gravemente la honra de los señores Sampaoli, Beccacece y Desio (…)”, reza el texto, que luego detalle que eso “los obligó a estar sujetos a una investigación del Ministerio Público por casi dos años, con las molestias y gastos que ello significó”. Sampaoli no se olvida de Chile ni tampoco de la ANFP".
