Un triunfo ante el cuadro de Manchester servía para definir una temporada mientras que ahora se ha convertido prácticamente en anecdótico.
Ganar al United hace unos años, especialmente durante la época de Sir Alex Ferguson, era razón para festejar una fecha única. Una club que a menudo ha ido a la deriva, huérfano de liderazgo en el plano deportivo, sobre todo sin la presencia de Pogba. La escena en el Olímpico de Londres fue la mejor radiografía de lo que le ocurre al United, que no provoca que pasen cosas sino que trata de reaccionar ante la iniciativa de los demás.
