Alarma en la Juventus antes de medirse al Atlético. Douglas Costa, Danilo y Pjanic han abandonado el partido contra la Fiorentina por problemas musculares y, salvo milagro, no llegarán a tiempo para el debut en Champions.
El primero fue Douglas Costa. El extremo de la Juventus se retiró por molestias musculares cuando faltan cuatro días para el cruce con el Atlético en la Liga de Campeones.
Douglas Costa salió de titular este sábado en el estadio Artemio Franchi de Florencia, pero pidió el cambio tras apenas cinco minutos de partido por sufrir una lesión en el muslo derecho tras un regate en el centro del campo.
El brasileño, que había sido titular en los tres partidos oficiales disputados por el equipo del técnico Maurizio Sarri en esta temporada, intentó seguir compitiendo, pero terminó retirándose a los ocho minutos al no poder correr normalmente.
El extremo, de 29 años, salió del campo caminando y sujetándose el flexor del muslo derecho entre los pitos de la afición florentina y fue reemplazado por el italiano Federico Bernardeschi.
La lesión de Pjanic llegó al borde del descanso. El 'cerebro' de Sarri también se echó la mano a la parte posterior del muslo y, al igual que Douglas Costa, abandonó el campo por su propio pie.
El bosnio, de 29 años, dejó su lugar en el 44' a Bentancur, justo antes del descanso.
La gota que colma el vaso llegó en el 62'. Danilo se lanzó al suelo con calambres y abandonó el campo para dejar su lugar a Cuadrado. El 'agujero' en el lateral es grande. Y es que De Sciglio también está lesionado.
Para el partido contra el Atlético, la Juventus ya tiene la baja segura de su capitán,Giorgio Chiellini, quien se operó a principios de septiembre tras romperse el ligamento cruzado de la rodilla derecha.
Mandzukic, rumbo a Qatar
Tampoco jugarán contra el Atlético Mandzukic ni Emre Can, que se quedaron fuera de la lista de la Champions de la Juventus. Es más, el croata podría tener las horas contadas en Turín. Fabio Paratici, director financiero de la Juventus, confirmó que negocian su traspaso a Qatar.
"Mario es un jugador importante, un campeón al que debemos dar las gracias por todo lo que ha hecho, pero ahora hay una oportunidad de mercado procedente de Qatar y hemos decidido que no formara parte de la convocatoria. Todos juntos tomaremos una decisión", aseguró.
