Nacho Monreal se
ha convertido este sábado en nuevo jugador de la Real Sociedad, que consigue la
cesión del lateral español procedente del Arsenal por dos años. Así, el defensa
abandona Londres tras más de seis temporadas como Gunner.
El jugador de 33 años, que comenzó como titular los tres primeros partidos del equipo de la Premier League, vuelve a LaLiga a cambio de 3.5 millones de euros que pagan los vascos por el préstamo.

Monreal se mudó al norte de Londres procedente del Málaga en enero de 2013 y jugó 250 partidos en todas las competiciones, anotando 10 goles. "Nos gustaría agradecer a Nacho por su contribución al club y todos en el Arsenal le desean lo mejor para su futuro", reza el comunicado del Arsenal.
