It’s been an eventful summer transfer window for the Premier League, with some significant and exciting new arrivals, particularly in attacking positions for the top four. So who are the key targets for potential? Fantasy Football Hub have got you covered!
Last season's top fantasy scorer Mohamed Salah (314.5m) earned himself the maximum 32.0 million price increase ahead of Liverpool’s title defence. Fantasy Football Hub’s AI predicted points suggest this rise is justified, as he is the top predicted player over the first four gameweeks and the clear captain winner in three of the opening four games.
Chelsea newcomer Joao Pedro (37.5m) and Newcastle United striker Alexander Isak (310.5m) have also seen 32.0 million price increases. They are the most selected forwards in the game, but out of favour when it comes to AI predictions, with Isak’s future in the summer transfer window likely to dent his minutes in the opening three gameweeks.
Nottingham Forest’s Chris Wood (37.5m) is among a dozen players who have risen in price by 31.5 million, following 20 goals last season. His side have great opening fixtures against Brentford, Crystal Palace and West Ham. He can still provide value in this period, predicted to score 20 points.

Matheus Cunha (38.0m) has also risen in price since moving to Manchester United and reclassified to a midfielder. He’s on 20.2 predicted points in the opening four gameweeks, but team-mates Bruno Fernandes and Bryan Mbeumo are expected to outscore him.
Arsenal newcomer Viktor Gyokeres (39.0m)0is the most expensive of the new arrivals to FPL this season and he’s already in 23.8% of teams since being added to the game last week.0
He’s predicted to be the third highest scoring forward in the game in the opening four gameweeks on 20.5 points, with high hopes he can back up the 39 league goals he scored for Sporting Lisbon last campaign. He should be on penalties.
Florian Wirtz (38.5m), Jeremie Frimpong (36.0m) and Hugo Ekitike (38.5m) are among the new arrivals at Liverpool.
