Lewandowski told to quit Barcelona for Saudi move

Former Poland goalkeeper Jan Tomaszewski believes that despite Robert Lewandowski's success at Barcelona, things are not all that rosy for him at the Catalan outfit. The Polish legend added that the 36-year-old should head to the Middle East as he is not being properly utilised by his Blaugrana team-mates.

Tomaszewski told Mundo Deportivo: "Robert should finish his time at Barcelona right now and go to a 'lighter' club in Saudi Arabia, as the best players in the world have done, except [Lionel] Messi. "Let's face it, this is the end. Robert is not very popular in the team, and the best players in Barcelona don't pass the ball to him."

Howe admits Isak has 'acted poorly' amid Liverpool transfer saga

Eddie Howe says Newcastle United players cannot expect to "act poorly" and then train with the team amid Alexander Isak's efforts to join Liverpool.

The Magpies boss told The Daily Mail: "You have to earn the right to train with us. We are Newcastle United. The player has a responsibility here to be part of a team and part of a squad - you have to act in the right way. So that is also at play here. We will make sure that any player does that to earn the right to train with the group. No player can expect to act poorly and train with the group as normal. "Of course I'd like him to be (there), but whether he will I don't know at this moment in time. We have been here with the time difference, preparing for training and for games. Other people have been dealing with that situation back at home."
