Internazionale Milano y AS Roma han llegado a un principio de acuerdo para el traspaso de Radja Nainggolan. Según afirma La Gazzetta dello Sport, a pesar de que el precio inicial en el que se tasaba al mediocentro belga eran 30-35 millones de €, los dirigentes romanos habrían aceptado 24 millones de € más los traspasos de Davide Santon y el joven centrocampista Nicolò Zaniolo. La inclusión del lateral, a la que en un principio el club interista era reticente, ha sido la pieza clave que ha decantado la balanza.
El ‘Ninja’, que había renovado con la entidad giallorossa hasta 2021 a razón de 4.5 millones de €, se convertirá en el cuarto fichaje interista tras Stefan de Vrij (Lazio), Lautaro Martínez (Racing Avellaneda) y Kwadwo Asamoah (Juventus).
El nuevo contrato perfilado entre el Inter y el centrocampista, que incrementará levemente los 4,5 millones que figuraban en su reciente contrato con la entidad romana, se extenderá hasta el año 2022.
De esta manera, Nainggolan, frustrado por su ausencia en la convocatoria elaborada por Roberto Martínez para el Mundial que se está disputando en Rusia, vestirá la elástica neroazzurri la próxima temporada. Hay que recordar que los interistas regresan a la Champions League después de 6 años y se encuentran armando un proyecto digno para ello. Una baza que el belga ha tenido muy en cuenta a la hora de tomar su decisión.

Pero Radja Nainggolan no será, a buen seguro, el único ‘red devil’ en llegar al Giuseppe Meazza, ya que el Inter negocia con el Tottenham por Mousa Dembélé. El también mediocentro belga, que se encuentra con Bélgica en Rusia disputando el Mundial, mantiene una estrecha relación con Radja. Ambos crecieron en el mismo club, el Beershot de Amberes, ahora desaparecido.
