Brazilian football icon Neymar has wowed fans on social media with his bold outfit choice that cost as much as a small family car

Football legend Neymar has been torn off a strip by fans after sharing pics of his bizarre pink party outfit online that cost as much as a family car.
The Brazilian Santos star got togged up in the furry kit assembled from some of the most exclusive brands on the planet.
His eye-popping rainbow-hued Louis Vuitton faux fur coat was set off with a dayglo pink shirt by Balenciaga and Monogram LV skate pants trousers.
The 33-year-old footie icon completed the look with a pair of £1,300 Louis Vuitton Maxi trainers and pink trendy Off-White Catalina sunglasses.
Experts say that all together, his outfit was worth more than £25,000, about the same as a new MINI Cooper, local media reported on 15th June.
Neymar's outfit cost as much as a small family car
But Neymar was far from in the pink when he was mocked mercilessly by social media users. One said: "Right, he was dressed in candy floss."
And another laughed: "Football... It's priceless!"
Neymar donned the outfit for a tropical-themed party at his beachside mansion in Mangaratiba, eastern Brazil, to celebrate the Festa Junina in honour of John the Baptist.
The Brazilian star is back in his native Brazil after making the move earlier this year.
"I love Santos," said Neymar after the return was confirmed.
"I have no words to describe what I felt tonight when I stepped again on this pitch. I need minutes, games. I'm not at 100%. I didn't expect to run and dribble so much tonight. I think I'll feel better in four or five games."
Neymar won six trophies during his first stint with Santos, including the 2011 Copa Libertadores. He left the club having scored 136 goals in 225 appearances by the age of 21.
