Chelsea have triggered Ipswich Town's £30m release clause for the signing of striker Liam Delap. David Ornstein has reported that the Blues have already agreed to personal terms with the 22-year-old, and Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that the Englishman has already completed the first part of his medical with the Blues.

Aston Villa goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez has broken his silence on his future as links with Manchester United continue to intensify.
Speaking to the media after reporting for international duty, Martinez said: "My future? I don't know, I come here to play for the national team, and that's the only thing that matters to me right now. Do I want to move to a new club? Walker opens door to Milan stay under returning boss Allegri
Manchester City loanee Kyle Walker is open to returning to AC Milan permanently as Massimiliano Allegri returns to the San Siro hot seat.
Walker played 16 times for Milan during his loan spell from Manchester City in the second half of the 2024-25 campaign but it had appeared they were not going to sign him permanently. Liverpool target Kerkez hints at move to Anfield
Milos Kerkez has hinted that a summer move to Liverpool is on amid talk that the Premier League champions are keen to sign the Bournemouth star.
Kerkez said: "Of course, something always leaks into the news. I think it's normal that if you play well and the team does well, then you get into the news and end up on the front page, and everyone talks about you. I see this as fuel that drives me forward. All this doesn't break me, but it doesn't boost my ego either. It teaches me humility and motivates me."
