Cruz Azul no tuvo mayores problemas esta domingo para finiquitar su pase a la fiesta grande tras vencer 4-1 a los Lobos BUAP y, de paso, quitarles la posibilidad de entrar a la fiesta grande.
Rápidamente al minuto 11 producto de un tiro de esquina, Pablo Aguilar remató a primer poste para colocar el primero para los visitantes, aunque en un principio no se validó por una supuesta falta dentro del área, el VAR dictaminó que no había tal cuestión.
Cuatro minutos después, un error en la cobertura defensiva propició que Milton Caraglio apareciera sólo en el área para mandar el cabezazo al fondo de las redes.
La reacción de los universitarios llegó poco a poco. En primera instancia cuando Leo Ramos apareció en el área, pero sacó el derechazo muy descompuesto. Aunque en la recta final, el delantero argentino tuvo su revancha y a dos toques clareó a Jesús Corona para realizar el descuento.
Alvarado lo resolvió
El Cruz Azul no tardó casi nada en controlar las acciones del juego cuando Roberto Alvarado mandó el disparo potente adentro del marco, dejando sin posibilidad a José Rodríguez para el tercero de la tarde.
Fue hasta el minuto 74 cuando Roberto Alvarado apareció sólo en el área y sacó el tiro cruzado para sentenciar el 4-1 en el Estadio Olímpico Universitario.
La siguiente semana, Cruz Azul recibirá a Monarcas y Lobos BUAP visitará al Toluca.
