El seleccionador brasileño, Adenor Leonardo Bacchi "Tite", viajará a España y China a principios de mayo para definir la lista de 23 convocados de cara a la Copa América de 2019, que se celebrará en Brasil entre junio y julio.
El técnico estará presente en el partido de ida de las semifinales de la Liga de Campeones entre Barcelona y Liverpool, que se disputará el 1 de mayo en el Camp Nou.
En ese encuentro tendrá la oportunidad de observar a un gran número de potenciales candidatos para entrar en su convocatoria, que divulgará tan solo catorce días después en Río de Janeiro.
De culé a carioca
Del lado azulgrana, los centrocampistas Arthur y Philippe Coutinho parecen tener asegurada su plaza en la lista, no así el extremo Malcom, con un papel más secundario en el equipo español.
En el Liverpool, analizará a Alisson, a priori el portero titular, pero también al pivote Fabinho y al delantero Roberto Firmino, este último un fijo en las convocatorias de Tite.
No verá al Real Madrid
El seleccionador no tiene previsto asistir algún compromiso del Real Madrid, en el que milita la joven perla Vinicius Junior, si bien dos de sus auxiliares seguirán los pasos al extremo en el partido del 5 de mayo contra el Villarreal.
Para esas fechas Tite estará en China, donde presenciará el Guangzhou Evergrande-Beijing Guoan y el Beijing Guoan-Jeonbuk con el objetivo de evaluar a jugadores como Talisca, Paulinho o Renato Augusto, entre otros.
Desde mañana sábado y hasta el 11 de mayo, Tite y su equipo de técnicos auxiliares asistirán a un total de 16 partidos.
Sus auxiliares viajarán a otros países
Además de los mencionados en España y China, también se desplegarán por Brasil, Uruguay (Peñarol-Flamengo), Francia (Rennes-PSG), Reino Unido (Tottenham-Ajax) y Holanda (Ajax-Tottenham).
Un grupo accesible
La Canarinha hará su estrenó en la Copa América, el torneo de selecciones más antiguo del mundo, dentro de 50 días frente a Bolivia, en el estadio Morumbí de Sao Paulo.
El segundo partido lo jugará frente a Venezuela en el Arena Fonte Nova de Salvador, en el noreste del país, y volverá a la capital paulista para cerrar la fase de grupos en el Arena de Corinthians ante Perú.
