She appears to have moved on from the now-Real Madrid star with Ugarte, according to reports.
Fans have been left convinced that the two are seeing each other after Georgia posted multiple stories on social media.
The posts appear to be from inside Ugarte's flat which was spotted by fans.
One snap showed her dressed in a pink nightdress and was captioned: "POV: You found the dreamiest nightwear."
It appeared to be a similar flat to that of a picture of Ugarte on his iPad.
The report by Scoopish claims Ugarte and the model have started dating but are keeping it low-key for the moment.
Georgia has a big following on social media, with 50,000 followers on TikTok and 225,000 more on Instagram.
She was born in the UK but splits her time between Australia and here.
The stunning brunette has some famous friends, as she hosted a baby shower for Hollyoaks and Doctors star Montana Manning in 2022.
Meanwhile, Ugarte has become a regular member of the Man United team following the mid-season arrival of Ruben Amorim.
He and his team-mates will face Atletico Bilbao in the semi-finals of the Europa League.
