Más allá de la final perdida ante River Plate por la Copa Libertadores, el cuadro que ahora dirigie Alfaro ha encontrado en el portero la seguridad que necesitaba. Y obviamente sus actuaciones han hecho que Scaloni lo llame a la selección de Argentina.
Dado que el puesto de portero es uno de los más volátiles y cambientes en la 'albiceleste', Andrada podría ser el titular y, de hacer una buena Copa América 2019, varios equipos de Europa lo contactarían para sumarlo a sus filas. Sabiendo esto, el guardameta solicitó un aumento de sueldo, el cual sería aceptado por la directiva.

Disputar competencias oficiales con la camiseta del seleccionado argentino siempre abre puertas. En Boca lo saben, y conociendo el potencial que tiene el arquero es probable que desde Europa ya lo estén siguiendo. Una buena Copa América podría potenciar ese interés y hacer que le lluevan las ofertas desde el extranjero, es por eso que la dirigencia evalúa cumplir con el pedido de Andrada y elevarle el sueldo para que, ante la posibilidad de que recibiera alguna propuesta tentadora, no sienta la necesitad de irse.
Eso sí, el aumento de sueldo vendría acompañado de la elevación en la clausula de rescisión.
