Este partido fue completamente distinto a lo que aconteció en la final del Apertura 2018, sin embargo, pese a la intensidad y ganas que ambos equipos ofrecieron en la cancha del Estadio Azteca, no pudieron marcar la diferencia y se conformaron con el empate 0-0.
