The Red Devils' historic home has been hit with pest control issues in recent years.
Ahead of last night's Ipswich clash, a mouse was spotted on the Old Trafford turf.
A member of staff was forced to pick the mouse up before carrying it away.
Fans were left unimpressed, with one writing on social media: "That’s what happened when you cut the pest control service."
While a second commented: "Good representation what's going on at Old Trafford."
Another added: "Bro scavenging for food since he found out the cafeteria wasn't serving fillet mignion no more."
During last month's home win over Southampton, a fan spotted a mouse under their seat.
It’s believed the rodent problem stems from Old Trafford being situated between a railway line and a canal.
In December, the Mail reported a mice infestation at Old Trafford.
Rodent droppings were allegedly found in food kiosks and plush suites during a hygiene inspection.
While more were unearthed during checks of a ground-level corporate suite.
As a result, United’s hygiene rating dropped from four to two stars at the end of 2024.
In November, fans spotted a dead rat in a puddle under a seat.
A club spokesperson previously addressed how they are trying to combat their rodent problem, stating in December: "Manchester United implements a robust pest-control system throughout Old Trafford.
"Multiple weekly checks are made in all catering areas and stringent measures are taken to ensure levels of hygiene and cleanliness are high wherever food is stored, prepared and served.
"If incidences of this nature do occur at the stadium, immediate and appropriate action is taken."
A Man Utd Task Force, including Gary Neville, Andy Burnham and Lord Sebastian Coe, have been exploring whether the club should redevelop Old Trafford, or build a new £2billion, 100,000-seater stadium.
The government have backed plans for a new stadium, which could also lead to new housing, commercial and public spaces.
Man Utd are set to make a final decision on their stadium plans prior to the summer.
