Flick stopped Garcia from leaving Barcelona for Como
Per Fabrizio Romano, Barcelona boss Hansi Flick stopped defender Eric Garcia from leaving the club in the January transfer window as the Spaniard was closely linked with a move to Como. The deal worth €7m fee plus add-ons was almost agreed with the Italian side, however, the manager stopped the transfer at the last moment.
Como chief reveals club tried to reunite Rashford with Dele
Como president Mirwan Suwarso has admitted the club did try to bring in a few high-profile players in January, including Rashford and AC Milan's Theo Hernandez.
Speaking to Sky Italia, when asked if Como pursued Rashford and Hernandez, Suwarso said: "We tried to do our best to give our coach the players he needed for his style of football. We analysed our needs and, when possible, we tried to resolve them. You have read about many names. Well, not all of them, but many were true. We were close to many players, some of whom did not leave. Yes, we tried, but we are also aware that we are a small club, so there are people who still do not take us seriously. When these big names hear about Como, they say 'no, I want to play in the Champions League'."

Bayern Munich's honourary president Uli Hoeness has clearly mentioned that the club are determined to sign Florian Wirtz from Bayer Leverkusen.
Speaking to the BILD, Hoeness said: "We want to sign Florian Wirtz. There are three parties involved… he still has a long-term contract in Leverkusen. I see the chances at 10%."
Deco opens up on Barcelona's summer transfer plans
