Real Madrid's pursuit of Arsenal's Saliba dealt blow
Real Madrid have been knocked back in their pursuit of William Saliba with Arsenal and the defender unwilling to part ways.
Real Madrid have reportedly made the French defender their key priority to strengthen their defence next summer but may come away empty handed. Arsenal have no intention of allowing the 23-year-old to leave according to the Express and there is no expectation that Saliba wants to leave north London any time soon. The defender signed a new deal at the club last year and has become one of the world's best defenders at the Gunners.
Liverpool look to Kudus to replace Salah
West Ham forward Mohammed Kudus has been considered by Premier League team Liverpool as a potential replacement for Mohamed Salah, whose contract expires at the end of the current campaign, according to Fichajes. Kudus left Ajax to join West Ham United in the summer. Being one of the top attackers in the English league, he didn't take long to adjust to life in the Premier League.

Premier League giants Liverpool and Manchester City have reportedly held talks with Crystal Palace over the transfer of their highly-rated 20-year-old midfielder Adam Wharton, according to journalist Ekrem Konur.
