Uruguayan defender Ronald Araujo was heavily linked with a move away from Barcelona this summer with Bayern Munich emerging as a possible next destination for him, however, he decided to stay back at Camp Nou.

Per Mundo Desportivo, Araujo, who is currently sidelined due to an injury, had a word with Uruguay and Barcelona legend Luis Suarez. The veteran striker convinced the defender to stay back at Barcelona.
