Greek Super League club eyeing move for Martial
Greek side AEK Athens have approached Anthony Martial with a sizeable offer to sign the former Manchester United forward, according to SPORT24. Martial, who left Manchester United this summer after his contract expired at the end of the 2023-24 season, remains a free agent.
Former Liverpool star Keita could move to Turkey
Per journalist Ed Aarons, ex-Liverpol midfielder Naby Keita could head to Turkey as he is in talks with Turkish Super Lig side Istanbul Basaksehir.
Keita left Anfield last summer to join Werder Bremen but is understood he could leave Germany after spending just one season. Keita was earlier linked with a move to Sunderland but the parties failed to reach an agreement.
Veretout completes Lyon move
31-year-old French midfielder Jordan Veretout has officially completed his move from Marseille to Lyon, the club confirmed on Wednesday.
The statement from the Ligue 1 club read, "Olympique Lyonnais announces the arrival of Jordan Veretout, French international midfielder, as a joker for a 2-year contract, until June 30, 2026. The transfer amount is €4M, with bonuses of up to €3M and a 25% capital gain in the event of a future transfer."
Man Utd linked with a move for Turkish midfielder Yazici
Per HITC, 27-year-old Trabzonspor midfielder Yusuf Yazici has been made available in the market as several Premier League clubs including Manchester United, Tottenham and Newcastle have been presented the opportunity to sign him. The Red Devils, however, will not be able to sign the player until they offload Christian Eriksen.
Fenerbahce eyeing move for Antony
Antony's nightmare at Old Trafford could finally end as Jose Mourinho wants to sign the winger on loan at Fenerbahce, according to fotoMac. The transfer window in Turkey is open until September 13, although Mourinho's side are reportedly planning to finalise a deal for the winger by Wednesday night.

Liverpool complete signing of 16-year-old Chelsea star
According to Fabrizio Romano, Liverpool have completed the signing of Chelsea academy player 16-year-old Rio Ngumoha. After accepting the Reds' scholarship offer, the player completed his move and will now initially join their U-18 squad.

Victor Osimhen is finally free as he completes a loan move from Napoli to Galatasaray on Wednesday.

Diaz urges Salah to stay back at Liverpool
Liverpool star Luis Diaz has urged Mohamed Salah to stay at the club after the Egypt international sparked rumours that he will leave next summer.
Speaking to Telemundo: "It would be hard for us. It would be hard for Liverpool. It's going to hurt us a lot. He still has a year to think about it, it's not easy. He always gives his very best. He has done it from the start. It would be very hard to lose a key player like him. It's his decision and we respect that, but I hope he doesn't leave."
Osimhen set to complete Galatasaray move
