Arsenal have reportedly opened talks to sign Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Fabian Ruiz this summer.
Ruiz was one of the standout players at Euro 2024 as he aided Spain towards their dominant title victory which saw them win all seven of their ties. Arsenal have already been looking to add numbers to their midfield this summer and Duncan Castles reports that the Gunners have begun talks with Luis Enrique's PSG regarding a move.

Benjamin Sesko thinks he made the "right decision" by snubbing an Arsenal transfer despite repeated links with an Emirates move.
"I thought it through very well," Sesko said. "I believe I made the right decision. I wanted to gain more experience, learn more, and not rush things. Leipzig is an excellent club that can provide what I need for the next step. Leipzig's vision is clear; everything is geared towards growth, progress, and high goals. The 26-year-old will link up with Lionel Messi in Florida as they look to go back-to-back in the competition.
