The French midfielder is a free agent at the moment after his Juventus contract expired on June 30. The player is tipped to join another club ahead of the 2024-25 season, however, Calciomercato reports that the Bianconeri are confident of retaining the player's services.

The report further adds that the Serie A giants have prepared a new two-year deal for the 29-year-old which is worth €7 million (£5m/$8m) per season with an option to extend by another year.
