Originally posted in July 2023, the snap shows Eva soaking up the sun during a relaxing boat trip.
She had been on holiday to the Greek island of Antipaxos last summer as she smiled in a pair of sunglasses.
Alongside the picture, she wrote: "Hottest day of the year. Bikini matching Greek flag. Singing songs from MammaMia to match the vibe."
Her fans flooded the comments once again after Eva reposted the snap.
One follower wrote: "Stunning and fascinating."
Another added: "So beautiful."
As well as working as an actress, Eva is also a fan favourite TV presenter.
She previously caught the eye hosting coverage of the Champions League last season.

Eva is now out in Germany for Euro 2024, though, having been dubbed the "Albanian Laura Woods".
The presenter has wowed fans by cheering on her nation in the stands.
She was spotted in an Albania shirt for their matches against Italy and Croatia in the group stage.
Following a narrow defeat to the defending champions in their opener, Albania rescued a point in stoppage time against Croatia.
The result means Sylvinho's side enter their final match against Spain on Monday still with a chance of reaching the knockout stage.
