Manchester United and Arsenal are reportedly getting ready to enter a battle with Bayern Munich to sign Paris Saint-Germain's Xavi Simons this summer.
As per Diario Sport, Manchester United and Arsenal are piquing their interest in Simons for a transfer this summer. Bayern Munich have already shown their interest in a move for the 21-year-old Netherlands international and are currently the favourites to sign him following Barcelona's departure from the race.

Revealed: The insane offer Messi received to join Saudi club
Lionel Messi turned down an enormous offer from Al-Hilal in favour of joining Inter Miami, according to the Saudi Pro League side's president, Anmar Al Haili.
Al Haili told NIBC: "We actually contacted Messi at the end of his contract in Paris. We presented him with an offer of €1.4 billion, but the player refused because his family wanted America. Man City set price tag for Barca target Joao Cancelo
Manchester City are reportedly ready to let Joao Cancelo join Barcelona this summer and they have set their asking price for the full-back.
As per The Sun, Barcelona have been given two options but they both come with a transfer fee of £25 million ($32m). The first option that Barcelona have is to complete a permanent transfer of the Portuguese at the aforementioned price tag. The second choice will be to bring Cancelo to sunny Catalonia for a second successive loan spell but this time they will have to bear 100% of his wages and the deal will also have a mandatory buy clause in the summer of 2026 for the same price tag.

According to reports, Celtic has placed a £33 million price tag on their star player Matt O'Riley in response to interest from Atletico Madrid and the Premier League. Under Brendan Rodgers, O'Riley has established himself as one of Scotland's best players, and Celtic will have to fight to hold onto the former MK Dons star.
