he winger, 22, has one year remaining on his Manchester United contract and will not return to the first team at Old Trafford.
Mason Greenwood spent last season on loan at Getafe
Greenwood has not played for the Red Devils since being arrested on suspicion of rape and assault in January 2022.
In February 2023, all charges were dropped and Greenwood went on to resume his playing career with a loan spell at Getafe.
With a return to the Spanish club off the table, Juventus are hoping to swoop for Greenwood.
The Italian giants are set to appoint Thiago Motta as Massimiliano Allegri's successor - with the incoming boss claimed to be a big fan of the Man Utd forward.
According to Italian paper Gazzetta dello Sport, Greenwood has made it clear to the Serie A side that he would be willing to join.
And the Brazilian-Italian manager is said to be 'teased by the idea of including the 22-year-old from Bradford in his 4-2-3-1/4-3-3'.
Motta's formation has, however, at times been described as wilder-sounding 2-7-2.
Juventus do not want to pay the Red Devils' asking price, however, thought to be around £30-35m.
In order to drive the price down, the Old Lady would be willing to include a player in part exchange.
The report claims that England youth international Samuel Iling-Junior could be included as a sweetener in the deal.
Iling-Junior, 20, joined Juventus four years ago from Chelsea.
He has since broken into Juve's first team, appearing 45 times to date.
The Italian giants could alternatively look to throw Federico Chiesa into a potential deal.
Chiesa, 26, is thought to covet a side in the Champions League, but could be convinced by United's pedigree.
Juventus are hoping to fend off interest from Borussia Dortmund and Atletico Madrid, while Benfica are also claimed to be keen.
Greenwood scored eight goals and laid on six assists in 33 LaLiga appearances for Getafe.
Irrespective of his form, United are said to be willing to let him go.
Greenwood is one of a trio of wingers being courted by Juventus this summer.
In addition to the one-cap England player, Juve are interested in Savinho and Edon Zhegrova.
Savinho, 20, impressed at Girona on loan from Troyes last season, although Manchester City are said to be on the verge of signing him.
While Zhegrova, 25, was excellent for Lille in Ligue 1 - but reportedly prefers a move to the Premier League.
