Liverpool in three-way battle to sign Mainz winger
According to Sport Bild, Liverpool have entered the race to sign 19-year-old Mainz winger Brajan Gruda in the upcoming summer transfer window. The Reds, however, will face competition from fellow Premier League clubs Newcastle and Aston Villa along with German outfits Bayer Leverkusen, Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig.
Gruda has an active contract with Mainz until 2026 and the Bundesliga side will be interested in selling the player for a transfer fee in the region of €20m.
Hansi Flick close to joining Barcelona
Former Bayern Munich and Germany manager Hansi Flick is all set to sign Barcelona's contract which will be valid until 2026, according to Florian Plettenberg. The Catalan giants are planning to make the announcement official on Monday after the German put pen to paper.

According to The Sun, Chelsea are all set to compete with Manchester United as they look to secure the signature of Argentine defender Aaron Anselmino in the summer.
Anselmino recently signed a new contract with Boca Juniors which is valid until 2028 and the Argentine giants have reportedly set a release clause in the player's deal which is worth £15.72 million.

According to The Telegraph, Newcastle United are planning to sell a host of star players like Callum Wilson, Miguel Almiron and Martin Dubravka in the summer window.
