An English football WAG has opened up on the pros and cons of her lifestyle.
'Kay' dates an unknown League Two player and gives a behind-the-scenes look of what that's like on her TikTok, thats.so.kay, where she boasts over one million likes. She's a stay-at-home mum for their two children, a young son and daughter.
Her recent upload, titled "pros and cons of dating a professional footballer in the EFL", has over 400k likes alone after going viral on the social media platform - being viewed over five million times.
With the fourth tier wrapping up last weekend, the first negative she mentioned was the uncertainly at this time of the year with the transfer window soon opening. Smaller EFL clubs rarely offer long-term deals compared to the Premier League giants.
Next Kay explained how a lot of plans on Sundays can end up being cancelled due to players being called in on their day off after a defeat. And that can also mean missing big occasions such as their children's birthdays or a family member's wedding.

She detailed the pros and cons of the lifestyle
Christmas Day is always disrupted for footballers by the Boxing Day fixtures, either having to train or travel for the game. Kay admitted: "It's just part of football and something I've become really used to after being with him for 10 years."
On the flip side, she's a fan of the sense of adventure it brings, and not knowing where you could end up next as a result of a transfer. Another positive for her is going to a new area where you don't know anyone.
She joked that means she doesn't bump into people she knows while looking like you've "just rolled out of bed and been hit by a bus", as can often be the case in her hometown of Nottingham.
"Being able to be ugly in a new area is really refreshing," Kay adds. However, not being close to your roots means there's no family close by to babysit.
She misses that aspect as finding trustworthy childcare can be a hard task. Overall, though, the WAG experience is one she relishes.
