Admirers have called Kayla "elegance redefined" as well as her regular label as "the world's sexiest volleyball player".
And now the tag "Goddess of Instagram" has emerged - helped by the reception to her latest photoshoots.
Kayla, 28, posed in a blue and white two-piece swimsuit as she held a white cap on her head and smiled for a mirror selfie.
And in another shot she lay on a sun lounger in an even skimpier bikini.
The former top-level college player was an online hit even while studying.
And ironically when college chiefs objected to her daring posts, it only sent her social media success soaring - because their views persuaded her to focus even more on sharing such snaps.
She once wrote on Instagram: "College athletics was a great experience for me, but it also taught me some valuable lessons.
"I was told by my school administrators that the pictures I post are inappropriate because of my body - I was even asked to delete my Instagram at one point.
"I was torn because I felt I couldn't embrace my body and play the sport I love.
"I've since learned that you can't let other people affect how you feel about yourself. I am who I am, & it's okay to be confident!"
Now the ex-Marshall University student has 1million Instagram fans and 830k Tiktok followers - all just part of her mighty presence online.
