She says she felt honoured to be there and ranked 145th last year after one million people voted.
She set hearts racing in blue underwear and a white jumper for the shoot.
Laura — who The Sun revealed this week was the Real Madrid midfielder's new girlfriend — first featured in the Dutch version of the mag in 2020, when she ranked 84th.
In her interview, she said she liked being single and revealed her ideal bloke would be someone with "humour" and who is "ambitious".
The PrettyLittleThing model and influencer — who has also worked as a TV presenter — also said she likes running, tennis and fitness, but did not mention football.
Sources say she has been dating the 20-year-old £85.5million star for a couple of months, stays at his Madrid home and is "smitten".
And she watched in the Santiago Bernabeu as Jude helped Real to a 2-0 win over Athletic Bilbao on March 31.
Laura was photographed for FHM by Russell Pearson, who has also snapped Playboy models.
Chris Riemens, editor of the Dutch FHM, told The Sun: "Laura looks amazing. She's been on our radar since 2020. I think she's a very sweet girl. I think she will make this year's list.
"Jude Bellingham is a lucky man!"
Placing first in the 2023 FHM500 "Most Beautiful Woman in the Netherlands" competition was singer and actress Romy Monteiro.
Romy had already placed in the competition's top five three times before she was crowned number one.
Voting is now open for the "prestigious" 2024 competition.
