A model who had an affair with a Premier League star says Kyle Walker’s wife should take him back.

The England and Manchester City defender was dumped by childhood sweetheart Annie Kilner in January – after he was exposed for having a second child with Lauryn Goodman.

But Annie gave birth to their fourth son this month. So Italian beauty Paola Saulino encouraged her to make amends with bad boy Walker.

Paola, 34, who bonked a top flight footballer in a car at a villa party, believes all WAGs should expect to be cheated on. And the outspoken racy model said athletes should pay professional escorts if they want extramarital affairs – as opposed to people like her.

Speaking to Daily Star, she said: “In my opinion a man can be forgiven for a betrayal. It is what our mothers and grandmothers did before us and have continued until today.

"What if it hurts? Yes it probably will. But you can’t have everything in life and happiness is just moments and it is important to remember this.

“I don’t want to say that Walker deserves to be forgiven because he has no merit – but he can be forgiven if he continues to behave like a good father and provides for his family.”

She added: “Women who can afford not to give their partner’s betrayal are usually working women who are powerful in society and independent both emotionally and professionally.

"In 95% of cases the wives of footballers accept the betrayal because apart from being ‘wives of’ they do nothing else. But this is not to be judged if this is what they aspire to be.

“I couldn’t do it but every woman has her own goals in life. My advice to these women is accept betrayals and do not care. In most cases they cannot deserve better and having a partner with a nice salary and a privileged position already makes them miraculous.”

Paola rose to fame during the 2016 Italian referendum when she promised men who voted ‘no’ sexual favours before the constitutional reforms under former prime minister Matteo Renzi were rejected.

She later embarked on an oral sex tour and has since made headlines for her fierce passion for Napoli – including when she wore only body paint to a game after the club won its first Scudetto since 1990.

But she became even more notorious after exclusively revealing to the Daily Star about meeting a Prem ace at a villa party before sleeping with him in a car. She later flew to London to continue the illicit encounters.

However, it ended bitterly when his agent supposedly approached her in an “aggressive manner” at a restaurant before all contact was cut.

Paola now believes Walker and other footballing love rats should pay a professional escort for sex if they want to cheat on their partners.

She said: “I feel like advising Walker and every guy with money who is famous. If you want an extramarital adventure you must go with an escort.

“That’s the mistake, if they want fun sex they should go to prostitutes. If they only learned to call an escort for their predatory desires, many of these problems wouldn’t exist. But no, the footballers turn out to be really stupid and they date normal girls and it is very wrong.

“If you don’t go to a professional who has to safeguard her work and maintain professional secrecy, then you can’t be surprised that a girl who slept with you because she likes you could create problems.”

“With an escort you have a contract where it says you pay me this and I give you that. It is important and when they have a contract it is like they have boundaries and they have limits of what will happen. If there is no contract, there is no limit.”

It seems like Annie could already be taking steps to follow Paola's advice. A source close to the couple told the Mirror: "Kyle and Annie are over the moon and anything in the past isn't important right now.

"They're focusing on their four children as they take priority over everything. Yes, they've had hurdles, which Kyle has accepted he was in the wrong. But they just want their children to come first.

“He's been recovering from an injury and captained England and Manchester City all while being on hand to support Annie after they welcomed the little one. Family and focusing on Kyle's career is all that matters to them both."
