Arsenal could steal Man City's Joao Cancelo from Barcelona

The Sun claims that Barca's financial issues prevent them from agreeing to pay Man City's £40 million asking price for Cancelo. It's currently being said that the Catalan behemoths are unwilling to pay anything more than a borrowing fee.
