In the pictures, the couple could be seen smiling and posing in front of a picturesque mountainous backdrop.
For another, Claudia posed in a pair of pink earmuffs in a hot-tub.
She also posted a series of doting snaps of her two little dogs.
Kiwior, 24, commented on her post - adding heart-eyes and heart emojis.
The defender is set to be in international action for Poland this week.
His country are in Euro 2024 play-off action and will host Estonia in the semi-finals this Thursday.
Should they triumph, they will play either Wales or Finland next week for a place at the tournament in Germany this summer.
At club level, Kiwior has found himself deployed largely at left-back this season.
He may have to play as a centre-back in his side's crunch clash with Manchester City after the international break, however.
That's because team-mate Gabriel Magalhaes has pulled out of the Brazil squad with an injury.
