Chelsea could certainly use more craft and technical ability in the final third. The 20-year-old is capable of operating as a winger as well as a central attacking midfielder.
As far as Newcastle are concerned, they need more quality in the squad. They will be hoping to compete in the Champions League regularly and win trophies. They need to bring in quality players like Turkey in the coming months.
The report states that the midfielder is valued at €25 million and the likes of Chelsea and Newcastle certainly have the financial muscle to pay the asking price. It will be interesting to see how the situation develops.
