The Switzerland star has been dating Villa's Brazilian hero Douglas Luiz.
And she was every inch the taut, toned footballer in a beige top revealing an ideal frame for sharpshooting.
Just last month, Lehmann had worn a silver dress when she shared her 25th birthday celebrations with her 16.3million Instagram followers.
Luiz turned up to that spectacular event in a flamboyant black and white T-shirt underneath a dark suit.
And apart from snaps with the midfielder, Lehmann also posted beaming pictures with her family.
This time, however, she appeared sporty rather than sparkly for some solo shots.
The 48-cap ace has been in England since joining West Ham from home-country club BSC YB Frauen in 2018.
And after half a season on loan with Everton, she joined current club Villa in the summer of 2021.
A romance with Luiz soon blossomed following a reported meeting in a Midlands hotspot.
It's understood the couple broke up the following year - but they confirmed their relationship was back on towards the end of 2023.
Luiz underlined the special feelings by posting pictures in January with the words: "Happy birthday my love, how good it is to be part of your happiness."
Unfortunately that joy is not quite being shared on the pitch this season.
Luiz's team are fourth in the Premier League, whereas Lehmann's side are only eighth in the 12-club Women's Super League.
